Welcome to NM SONS EXIM These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and international export services. By accessing this website or placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

1. International Trade & Export Compliance

  • All export transactions, documentation, and shipping terms are subject to Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF) as mutually agreed upon in the proforma invoice.

  • Buyers are strictly responsible for compliance with import laws, customs clearances, and taxes/duties in their destination country.

2. Product Category Specific Terms

  • Used Construction Machinery (JCB, Road Rollers, etc.): All used equipment is sold on an “As-Is, Where-Is” basis unless specified otherwise. We provide inspection reports upon request, but the buyer acknowledges that machinery is pre-owned.

  • Fruits & Vegetables (Perishable Goods): Due to the perishable nature of agricultural products, quality compliance and temperature logs must be verified immediately upon arrival at the port of discharge.

  • Granite & Natural Stones: Natural variations in color, texture, shading, and veining are inherent characteristics of granite products and shall not be considered defects.

3. Payment & Order Cancellation

  • Orders will only be processed after receiving the agreed advance payment or an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C).

  • Cancellations are not accepted once the customs documentation or shipping process has initiated.

4. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • Any legal disputes or claims arising out of international trades will be governed by the jurisdiction laws of India.
